The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is our choice for couples looking for an elegant wedding car with generous rear-seat space. For example, you can reserve it for a civil ceremony, the wedding day or a single journey to the reception.
Your chauffeur collects the bride from home or a hotel and follows the agreed itinerary between the ceremony, photography locations and reception. Your chauffeur knows the route in advance, waits at the agreed stops and assists with boarding and leaving the car.
The car can also be part of your wedding photographs. We plan photo stops with you or your photographer and confirm the available vehicle before booking.

For guest transfers, agree the meeting point, pickup time and destination before the event.
The Mercedes-Benz V-Class suits family members, wedding sponsors, bridesmaids, groomsmen and friends staying at the same hotel. Each van has its own chauffeur, leaving the couple’s S-Class free to continue to the photography location.
For larger groups, we plan several vehicles together or a sequence of wedding shuttle transfers, only where the journey time and schedule make this practical. We arrange return journeys together or at separate agreed times.
5 rear passenger seats and 1 front passenger seat. Before confirmation, tell us about luggage, child seats and preferred seating.
AFTER THE LAST DANCE
After the reception
Parents may leave earlier, while friends may stay until the end. We arrange reception-to-hotel or home transfers within confirmed pickup windows, including after midnight. You do not have to leave the party to start looking for cars.

Pricing and reservations
The price of wedding transport depends on the date, vehicle class, reserved time, route, number of vehicles and late-night returns. An S-Class for a few hours is a different booking from several vans making hotel-to-venue transfers.
Your quote sets out the included hours, distance and waiting, plus any applicable access, parking or out-of-town charges. We clearly state the VAT treatment, booking conditions and rate for additional time. We reserve your date and vehicles after you accept the booking conditions. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve them.

The couple and the vehicles
How much does wedding transport cost?
The cost depends on the vehicle, date, duration, distance and waiting time. Share your itinerary and passenger numbers for a quote stating the included hours, VAT treatment and any additional services. We do not show a starting price that may not apply to your wedding.
Can we book a Mercedes-Benz S-Class for the bride and groom?
Yes, subject to availability for your date and service period. We confirm the vehicle and configuration before booking. The booking includes a chauffeur; self-drive hire is not offered.
Can our chauffeur wait during the ceremony and photo session?
Yes, with hourly hire or waiting time explicitly included in your quote. For several stops, request 4, 6 or 8 hours, or a tailored period. Waiting time counts towards the reserved duration.
How many wedding guests fit in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class?
Up to 6 passengers in the Bud’s Cab configuration: 5 in the rear and 1 in the front passenger seat. We check the arrangement for luggage and child seats. Larger groups require several vehicles or a feasible sequence of transfers.
Can you provide a wedding coach or a large minibus?
This page offers chauffeur-driven sedans and Mercedes-Benz V-Class vehicles for up to 6 passengers, not coaches or 16–50-seat minibuses. For larger parties, we assess whether several vehicles from our fleet fit your schedule.
Guests, timings and reservations
Can wedding guests return to their hotels after midnight?
Yes, through a confirmed advance booking. We agree the pickup points, passenger numbers and return times or windows beforehand. Groups leaving at different times need separate movements in the plan.
Can parents and wedding sponsors have a separate car?
Yes. You can include an E-Class, Volvo S90 or S-Class, subject to availability and passenger numbers. Their car can have a different pickup address and return time from the couple’s vehicle.
Can we decorate the wedding car?
Please discuss your ideas before booking. We must approve decorations and fitting methods in advance, and they must not affect paintwork, visibility or safety. The service does not automatically include flowers, ribbons or champagne.
What happens if our wedding schedule runs late?
Tell your chauffeur or our coordination team as soon as possible. We will check whether an extension is available and confirm the cost under your quote. Please do not assume availability beyond the reserved period.
How early should we book our wedding transport?
Send an enquiry once you know the date, main venues and approximate service duration. Check availability early when requesting several vehicles or a particular S-Class configuration.
