The 23rd European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry Annual Meeting takes place at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel from 1 to 3 October 2026. The official programme lists internationally renowned speakers, hands-on workshops, a scientific programme, social events and 24 CME credits.
The event is clearly international. The confirmed speaker list includes professionals from Switzerland, Latvia, Israel, Italy, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Germany, Bulgaria, China, Turkey, France, Croatia and the United States, alongside Romanian speakers. The congress also has a dedicated International Participant registration category, and English is the official congress language.

A congress built around international participation
ESCD is a European professional community, and the Bucharest meeting is structured around lectures, workshops, networking and social events. For an international dentist, dental technician, speaker or partner, the useful transport plan starts before the congress itself: airport arrival, hotel check-in, event registration, evening networking and the final departure flight all need to fit together.
For speakers and workshop participants, the public conference start time should not automatically be treated as the required arrival time. A speaker may have a briefing, technical check or organiser meeting before the first session. When transport is booked on behalf of a guest, use the reporting time supplied by the organiser.
OTP Airport to JW Marriott Bucharest
For international participants, the first journey will often be from Henri Coandă International Airport to JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel or to another nearby hotel. A pre-booked Bucharest Airport Transfer confirms the vehicle and chauffeur before the flight lands.
Send the correct flight number, passenger name, hotel, reachable contact and luggage information. If several doctors or colleagues arrive on different flights, keep the individual flight details separate even when they share the same hotel. If a participant lands on 1 October and plans to go directly to the congress rather than checking in first, tell us from the start. The first fixed commitment—registration, a workshop or a speaker briefing—should determine the transfer plan.

Important: guests staying at JW Marriott do not need a separate city transfer for the Romanian Night on 3 October because Olea Terrace is within the hotel. The first two evenings, however, involve separate venues and are exactly the kind of journeys worth arranging before the congress begins.
JW Marriott to Fratelli: plan the return as well
The ESCD & Friends Party is scheduled for 21:00 on 1 October at Fratelli Club. For a visitor unfamiliar with Bucharest, the useful booking is not only “take me to Fratelli”. It is better to decide whether the vehicle is needed for a one-way transfer, a scheduled return, or an hourly period that keeps the chauffeur available during the evening.
If several participants from the same hotel are attending together, a Mercedes-Benz V-Class can be appropriate for a small group, subject to passenger count and availability. If guests expect to leave at different times, separate return arrangements may be more practical.
President Dinner at Clubul Diplomatic
The President Dinner is scheduled for 21:00 on 2 October at Clubul Diplomatic. This is a formal evening, and for speakers, invited guests and senior dental professionals it is a natural use case for an executive chauffeur transfer.
A Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class can be assigned for a direct hotel-to-dinner journey, while an hourly chauffeur service is more suitable when the passenger wants the same vehicle available for the return or for an additional stop after dinner.
