This is not only a consumer beauty show. The organiser explicitly positions part of the event around B2B meetings, professional training, partnerships and distribution. That means some visitors will be travelling to Bucharest as brand representatives, distributors, trainers, salon or clinic owners, invited experts and commercial partners.
Those travellers often have a different schedule from a day visitor: an airport arrival, hotel check-in, ROMEXPO, a distributor meeting, dinner and a return to the hotel can all sit inside the same day.
Visitor hours and access at ROMEXPO
The official visitor page lists 10:00–18:00 from 1–3 October and 10:00–16:00 on 4 October. Pedestrian access is through Gates A and B, while car access is through Parking B and C. If you are being collected after the event, confirm a practical meeting point with the chauffeur rather than using only “ROMEXPO” as the pickup instruction.
For exhibitors, the logistics begin before opening day. The official exhibitor information lists setup periods from 26–30 September, depending on how the stand is built, and dismantling on 4–5 October. Staff arriving during setup days should therefore give the actual gate, pavilion and working schedule rather than relying on public visitor hours.

Their useful arrival time may be earlier than the public programme, and their day may finish later because of meetings or dinners.
